I think I used the equivalent of 1/2 to 3/4 of a teaspoon of stevia powder to make 15 walnut size biscuits.So most of the sweetness comes from the sugar free jam (which is just fruit and has no artificial sweetener at all). There is only the very slightest 'stevia aftertaste' so it is not unpleasant. It is disgusting and I bought it b/c apparently it is nice in cooking but it is NOT. It tastes like nutrasweet and chemicals.
